A: Simply fill out the booking form on our website with your event details. We’ll follow up within 24–48 hours to confirm availability. Need something last minute? Text us for availability within 24 hours.
Q: What areas do you service?
A: We are based in LaPlace, LA and deliver within an extended radius as available. Delivery fees vary based on distance. See our Pricing page for full details.
Q: Is a deposit or full payment required?
A: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your rental. No exceptions.
Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance may be eligible for partial refunds or future credit.
Q: How long is a yard card rental?
A: Yard greetings are typically installed the evening before your event and removed the following evening, unless otherwise arranged.
Q: Can I request a specific message or theme?
A: Absolutely! We’ll work with you to create a custom message and design using our inventory. Be sure to include your preferences when booking.
Q: Can I move the signs?
A: Please do not move or tamper with the signs. If something needs adjusting, contact us and we’ll take care of it.
Q: What if the homeowner doesn’t want the greeting?
A: If a greeting is declined or removed by the property owner, no refund will be issued. Please be sure to get permission if it’s a surprise!
Q: How long is the rental period for inflatables?
A: Inflatable rentals are typically for up to 8 hours for a one day rental, and Friday afternoon through Sunday evening for a weekend rental. Extended time may be available upon request.
Q: What are the setup requirements?
A: Inflatables require a flat, grassy area free of debris and pet waste, with access to electricity and sometimes water (for water slides). We’ll confirm all details before your event.
Q: What if it rains?
A: If inclement weather prevents setup, you’ll have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. If weather becomes dangerous during your rental, please discontinue use immediately.
Q: Do you stay on-site?
A: Our team sets up and takes down the inflatables but does not remain on-site. Adult supervision is required at all times during use.
Q: What’s included with the Simply Selfie station rental?
A: Each rental includes at least 1 custom virtual background, unlimited photo/GIF/boomerang downloads, and a digital gallery after the event. Guests can share photos instantly via AirDrop, text, or email with Wi-Fi.
Q: How long is the rental?
A: Rentals typically run for 2 hours. Additional time is available for an added fee.
Q: Does it need Wi-Fi?
A: A Wi-Fi connection is required for guests to instantly share photos. If Wi-Fi isn’t available, files will be queued and sent once a connection is restored. A Wi-Fi hotspot is available to add on to your rental for an additional fee.
Q: Can it be used indoors or outdoors?
A: Yes! The Simply Selfie Station works great in both settings. If you plan to use it outdoors, it must be placed under a cover and in a shaded area to protect it from glare, heat, and potential weather disruptions.

Q: What do I need to provide for the machine to work properly?
A: You’ll need a dedicated 110V electrical outlet—one that’s not shared with any other major appliance. Each machine pulls 15 amps and must be on its own circuit. The outlet must also be within 25 feet of where the machine will be set up. If the machine is placed outdoors, it must be in a covered, shaded area—direct sun can prevent it from freezing properly.
Q: Do you provide the alcohol?
A: Nope! We provide the daiquiri mix, but you supply the liquor. Our drinks are delicious non-alcoholic, but if you like a little kick, we recommend 3 to 3½ liters of liquor per batch. If you have the alcohol ready when we deliver, we’ll mix the first batch for you on-site!
Q: How do I operate the frozen drink machine?
A: It’s super easy. We’ll mix the first batch, get the machine running, and walk you through everything you need to know before we leave. Basically, you'll just need to know which setting to use and how to turn it off at the end of the day. That’s it!
Q: How long does it take for the drinks to freeze?
A: Typically between 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the machine and where it’s set up. Machines placed outside must be in a shaded area—direct sun can slow down the freezing process.
Q: How long is the rental?
A: Rentals are for one day. We typically deliver 2–3 hours before your event starts to give you time to chill (literally). For most events, we’ll pick up the machine the next morning. If your event is in a park or a rented space with strict timing, we’ll work with you on same-day pickup.
